Kuvaus

The CONTINENTAL GRAND PRIX 5000 700c Tubetype pehmeä rengas on erittäin suositun Grand Prix 4000S II:n seuraaja. Saksalainen tuotemerkki on suunnitellut tuotteen, jota voidaan käyttää sekä harjoitteluun että kilpailemiseen sekä märällä että kuivalla tiellä.

Kolmesta kerroksesta koostuva Grand Prix 5000 on suunniteltu yhdistämään suorituskyky, pito ja kestävyys mukavuutta unohtamatta. Poikkeuksellisen hyvän tienpidon takaamiseksi rengas on suunniteltu Lazer Grip -teknologialla. Tämä renkaan sivussa olevien pienten rakenteiden sarja takaa maksimaalisen pidon myös kaarteissa märällä tiellä. Optimaalista suorituskykyä varten Continental on uudistanut Black Chill -teknologiansa. 

Mukavuuden ja kestävyyden osalta GP 5000:ssä käytetään Active Comfort -järjestelmää, joka vaimentaa tärinää, ja Vectran Breaker -järjestelmää, joka on suunniteltu synteettisistä kuiduista, jotka tekevät renkaasta erittäin vastustuskykyisen puhkeamiselle ja pitävät renkaan painon kurissa.
